Overview

At KidsInBusiness.gr we ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with European legislation on distance selling (Directive 2011/83/EU).

Physical Products (Board Games)

The following conditions apply to physical board games:

  • Right to return within 14 days of receipt, without requiring justification.
  • The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in excellent condition.
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer, unless the product was defective or incorrect.
  • The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used.

Digital Products (Workbooks & Digital Files)

For digital products (PDF workbooks, digital editions) the right of withdrawal does not apply after access has been granted or the file has been downloaded, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU. When purchasing digital content, you will be asked to confirm that you accept this exception.

If you encounter a technical problem accessing or downloading the file, please contact us and we will assist you immediately.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of receipt by sending:

  • Photo of the product
  • Order number
  • Brief description of the problem

In this case, we fully cover return and replacement costs.

Returns Process

  1. Contact us at kidsinbusinessgr@gmail.com stating your order number and reason for return.
  2. You will receive instructions on how to send the product within 24 hours.
  3. Send the product with a tracked delivery service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of the return approval.
  5. The refund is processed automatically to the original payment method within 14 days.
