\u200b Alia-AI<\/strong>, the student medical-technology startup created within the KidsInBusiness.gr programme at Rodion Paideia Schools, has won Silver Award<\/strong> at the Education Leaders Awards 2026<\/strong>, in the category \"Collaboration with Businesses & Community\"<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Education Leaders Awards are one of Greece’s most prestigious recognitions of educational excellence. This distinction confirms that Alia-AI was never just a school project — it was a real entrepreneurial venture that reached the top.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The idea that became a product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Alia-AI team comprises 24 Gymnasium and Lyceum students<\/strong> with programme coordinator, mathematician Arnithenou Stavroula<\/strong>, founder of KidsInBusiness.gr, and mentor Dimitris Leiomonis<\/strong> (Financial Arena).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What they achieved was far from easy: they turned an idea into a functional MVP — a medical-technology platform available at alia-ai.gr<\/a>, ready for pilot deployment in real medical practices. They organised roles, made decisions, set goals, overcame challenges and delivered something real. They did not just learn what a business is. They built one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is exactly the philosophy of KidsInBusiness.gr: entrepreneurial thinking is not taught only on a whiteboard. It is acquired through action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A track record of recognition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The Silver Award at the Education Leaders Awards 2026 did not come out of nowhere. Alia-AI had already stood out in the nationwide Junior Achievement Greece<\/strong>competition, among 53 student companies, claiming the Best Product Promotion Award<\/strong>. In May 2026, the team’s story also reached WIRED Greece<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
